Qualities needed to become a Guru's Disciple
Just about everyone is aware of the fact that the ultimate goal of spirituality cannot be achieved without the guidance of a Guru. However, most spiritual aspirants are unaware of what they should do to acquire a Guru. As a result, not only the present, but several future births are also wasted.
To be accepted as a disciple by a Guru, one needs to gain the grace of a Saint. However, for bestowal of the Guru’s continuous grace, one has to earn His blessings. An easy way to this is to perform spiritual practice as per the guidance given by Saints or the Guru.
Saints and Gurus are always looking out for individuals who perform spiritual practice as well as possess certain qualities which qualify them to attain grace. Some of these qualities are discussed here.
