Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Friday discharged former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and all other accused in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) case linked to the alleged Delhi Excise Policy scam, observing that the agency failed to present material sufficient to proceed against them.
The order was passed by Special Judge Jitender Singh, who refused to frame charges in the corruption case and discharged all 23 accused persons.
