Welcome to a new academic year, Badgers! Take a moment to pause and ease your way into the term with librarian and yoga instructor Chelsea in this mindful movement break designed to be done anywhere, anytime -- no fancy clothes or yoga props required. This sequence can be done while seated in a chair or on the floor, and standing. It includes a number of gentle, full-body stretches you can take away with you to your personal workspaces.
