Pallet shrink wrap bagger or shrink hooder for car battery boxes. This technology allows for extremely strong unit load wrapping with a single 2-4 mil shrink hood film. The MSK shrink hood wrapper machine detects the load, measures the height and creates a bag and then shrinks it to the load.
This machine can be semi-automatic (manual bag making) and fully automatic. The shrink process can be tailored for each different load SKU/Recipe. The MSK shrink hooding machines allow for the use of very think films because it can apply heat differently to different vertical zones on the pallet.
The plastic used is primarily low-density polyethylene (LDPE).
