Recipe:
Sourdough Bread
Kewpie Mayo (Enough to spread on bread)
Gochujang (Enough to spread on bread)
Emmental Cheese (Personal pref)
Mature Cheddar Cheese (Personal Pref)
1) Spread mayo on one side of the bread slices
2) Flip over and spread gochujang on other sides
3) Grate cheeses and pack onto gochujang side of the bread
4) Close sandwich and place on low medium heat until cheese melts or side is golden brown
5)Flip and wait until other side is golden brow
6)Enjoy :)
