Molds! But fast. In this video I show how to make a cap mold, start to finish, using my infamous badonkachonk d20 as a master.
This is a fast cut of a much more detailed video that you can find here: • How to mold dice! Even the chonky ones.
Let me know in the comments which version you prefer and why!

Mold containers:
My main recommendation here now is the following product I found after I made this video:
Adjustable Mold Housing from Let's Resin - https://amzn.to/3Fld7Fr
Keys:
You can find the locking keys I use in most hardware stores -- they're called compression brass sleeves. Otherwise here’s a link with a few different sizes. Remember these are sleeves so they’ll need to be filled with resin so they’re solid and can be used for mold-making.

Silicone:
The silicone I use, Sorta Clear 12, is generally very hard to come by on amazon so I’ll list a few other alternatives below. Sorta Clear 12 is very flexible but a lot of dice makers have a preference for around the ~20 shore hardness.

The vibrator I use isn't available on amazon unfortunately, but here's a link to a comparable one.

Pressurizing:
There’s a lot of options in this area so I’m posting a few. Please note that pressure pots are ordinarily used for paint spraying so they need to be converted for casting unless they’re manufactured for casting (see notes below on which need conversions). If you’re just starting out I would recommend the 2-½ gal ones.Specifically, Harbor Freight often has 20% coupons so you can get a good discount on it. I eventually made it up to an 10 gal pot.

2-½ gal pressure pot cheaper (Harbor Freight, needs conversion) - https://www.harborfreight.com/2-1-2-h...
2-½ gal pressure pot (no conversion needed) - https://amzn.to/3vcsETm
5 gal casting pressure pot (no conversion needed) - https://amzn.to/3ObeYk8
You'll also need a way to get air into your pot. Compressors are great but expensive. A bike pump will do if you have one lying around, just need to have an adaptor for your pot inlet.
