After Adam and Eve fell to the influence of the snake and ate the forbidden fruit, God came down, and they hid in fear from his judgment. Our story takes us through what happened next as God questions Adam and Eve about their sins, and in this next installment of The Legacy of Adam, we see what the consequences of that doomed bite were to be.
➡️ Before Satan can escape without any blame, God traps him, as he knew the snake was acting under his control.
God vanquishes Satan from the Garden once more, but not before he was able to plant the seeds of sin in Adam and Eve that have now sprouted. The Legacy of Adam shows the strife that God goes through having to punish his beloved creations who he still very much cares for, but alas, all actions need consequences.

Clothed in rags of shame, Adam and Eve are taught the ways of sacrificing an innocent life to repent, and from the luscious Garden, they are banished into a desert where they will be doomed to return to the dust. The Garden of Eden’s gates close dramatically behind Adam and Eve, stranding them alone in the vast world, doomed to eventually die, but they find hope that God has a plan for them, and entering the darkness, they cling desperately to this small shred of hope.
➡️ Inspired by East African art and recorded in Tanzania, The Legacy of Adam aims to bring the stories in the Bible to life in a unique illustration. This series aims to bring the differences and similarities between the Bible and the Quran to light, and next time, we jump forward in time to follow the story of Abraham.
