Learn how to check for Stener Lesion on MRI. In this video, I show you the important anatomic structures you need to identify to assess an MRI for a potential Stener lesion in patients with Skier's thumb (acute injury) or Gameskeeper thumb (chronic injury).

You need to identify the adductor pollicis tendons and the aponeurosis and understand the course of the ulnar collateral ligament of the first metacarpal joint.
