G'day I'm Cahn! After 2.5 years of continuous 24/7 use, it’s time to see what these two lithium batteries are really capable of.
Instead of guessing, instead I'll do a full capacity test and comparison after long-term real-world operation.
In this video I:
• Run a full discharge capacity test on two 60Ah Kings LiFePO4 Batteries
• Measure how many Ah remain and how many Wh are delivered
• Recharge each battery individually and record Ah back IN
• Check whether the batteries still match in parallel
• Compare results to their original rated capacity
• Discuss lithium battery longevity after constant use
These batteries have been running continuously for 2.5 years (30 months!) in a real-world setup running a fridge 24/7 and getting a work out from a 1500W inverter too!
