Slow living on the Wild Atlantic Way, Donegal's MUST-SEE spots! | Van Life Ireland 🇮🇪

This week we explore County Donegal and wow, what a place!

Our first stop is the Great Pollet Sea Arch, which has a fantastic, wide, and completely flat car park that generously allows campervans to stay for free. So, please don't go and spoil it; always leave it better than you find it!

Next, we hit Faned Head Lighthouse, set on a rugged cliff edge overlooking the Atlantic; it's a mighty sight. We even picked up a Wild Atlantic Way map from the gift shop.

Trucking on, we head over to Murderhole Beach. It is a bit of a hike from the car park, but you see some beautiful farm animals, and once you traverse the final sand dune, you are greeted by the most beautiful beach, with the most ferocious tides! It's truly a sight to behold.

We had so much fun driving between all these spots, and the single-lane, winding, and hilly roads were a blast to drive on, but were they just a bit too much for our 36-year-old van Loretta :(
