Story:

Months have passed since Mario defeated Bruce and took the final piece of the Fire Crown. Everything seemed peaceful, until one day, shocking news spread across the Mushroom Kingdom.

It turns out that Bruce, with all four pieces of the broken Fire Crown, sought to resurrect his brother, Bowser. While Mario managed to stop him, the resurrection process had already begun. Bowser has been reborn with the power of the Fire Crown. If his resurrection is completed, he'll become unstoppable. It's time to defeat Bowser once and for all! The drain of energy from the Fire Crown caused it to transform into a Phantom Crown.
