POV: you’re thriving as a multi-passionate ✨🎨

Описание: for as long as i can remember, people have told me to pick one thing, focus on one thing, narrow it down to one thing, niche down, etc. etc.

even when i tell people a few of the things i do, they’ll often still ask “which one do you feel pulled to the most?”

as someone who thrives wearing multiple hats, the idea of choosing one thing literally feels like a d3@th sentence. if i lose any of the things i’m passionate about, i am less me.

for the longest time i thought this was a weakness, but only recently have i realized that it is, in fact, my greatest strength. i can thrive in SO many areas. i’ve accomplished things as a multi-passionate, multi-hyphenate human that i didn’t even know were possible. and the best part is, i have never sacrificed any of my passions to do so.

there are some people who LOVE doing one thing and are really successful at the one thing they do. i think that’s amazing and it’s absolutely a strategy that works. but contrary to popular opinion, it’s not the ONLY strategy. for people with multiple passions and interests, that strategy will likely cause massive anxiety and feeling out of alignment.

once i stopped boxing myself in to choose one path and one lifestyle, everything changed.
