Have you tried Natto before? If yes, did you like it? Natto, fermented soybeans known for their sticky texture and strong aroma, is a staple in Japanese cuisine. Many foreigners hate it at first but get used to it after living in Japan long enough (whatever that means) - and I’m one of them. I tried Natto for the first time in 2009 and I hated it - I think it was more the smell than the taste. Many moons later, maybe in 2017, I challenged myself to film a video trying out different recipes with Natto: Natto in an omelette, on toast, and on rice. Natto on rice with a raw egg is incredibly Japanese; it might not look sexy, but it is super delicious. On top of being very healthy for your gut - Natto is also good for your skin - it is actually very cheap. And the recipes that I mentioned above, especially Natto on rice, are easy to make and taste good.
