Today I explored the Pequabuck train tunnel. The tunnel was built in 1910 as a two track tunnel located in Terryville Connecticut. The second set of tracks were removed around 1939.
Definitely was a beautifully spooky dark exploration. There was definitely a lot more inside of that tunnel than I thought there would be.
Today the tunnel is still used periodically for Freight a couple of times a month.
