There has been a lot of confusion over these rules. Needing 3 different documents to make this video I can see why.
I made sure to have the written rule on the slides that way we can all see how the rules work instead of me paraphrasing the rules.

This will be a very rules heavy reading video, I do my best to explain all the rules as we go through them. If I have missed anything feel free to throw it down in the comments.
