Today's video is a studio lighting & photography behind the scenes video where I use High Speed Sync in the studio to create beautiful goddess style portraits of Eleanor.
I am using my Canon eos r5 and Sigma 85mm 1.4 art lens.
I used 2 lights for this photoshoot. The first is my Flashpoint Xplor 400Pro TTL and it is modified in a 120cm octabox. This octa provides a very soft beautiful quality of light that is very flattering.

I added a large reflector on the opposite side of the main light to help lift up any shadows. My second light is modified in a strip box behind the model and this simply allows me to add some separation to my subject so he pops of the slightly darker backdrop.
