Описание: Welp, turns out it IS possible to get three stars here, it's just hard as balls
firstly, you NEED Marksmen for this. Volley's DPS is the only way to kill Ross fast enough to get enough points for it, otherwise you just can't.
secondly, be prepared to waste consumables every attempt, Pigiana and his roided out Mysterious Mateys can't be defeated reliably at all when you're completely incapable of dispelling Counter.
Otherwise, focus on taking out the main bosses first for as much score as possible, then their goons, though you can't really do that for Long Lost Captain without gambling it for Undead Marksmen's 30% chance to kill Undeads.

I already beat this three stars (with a much better score as well) before, but felt like recording another attempt since it felt more consistent with this strat. This was also my final hurdle for 100%, which I'm probably the only person to ever do (on account of Wangateur...)
