The Cobo Bay Hotel balcony gigs have become a major part of Guernsey summers over the past 30 years and bring a real carnival atmosphere to the Cobo seafront whilst raising much needed funds for local charities such as the Guernsey Cheshire Home.

After Guernsey's 2nd lockdown ended, life is beginning to return to normal again with no masks or social distancing required, allowing these events to take place once again.
All aerial footage was taken with the DJI Mini2, utilising its zoom capabilities to ensure minimum separation distances were observed under the current Channel Islands Drone Code. All flights were launched at the waterline, 50m away from uninvolved people and crowds, and executed over the sea.
