The night before, on a bender, I’d signed up drunk for an Ironman 70.3, a decision I barely remembered making.
That email became the moment everything changed.
For most of my life, I lived at the extremes.
And for a long time, that meant chaos.
Multiple hospitalisations.
Car crashes.
Gambling.
Broken hearts.
And choices I’m not proud of.
I lost five years of my life to drugs and alcohol.
This documentary is about rediscovering myself, rebuilding discipline, and finding purpose through endurance sport. Alcohol and drugs were never the real problem, they were just a bandaid covering what was broken inside.
