Ingredients:
Veal schnitzels
Flour
Egg wash
Dried breadcrumbs
1 grated potato (wrung of all moisture)
½ grated onion (wrung of all moisture)
1 egg yolk
2 tsp flour
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Oil
Lemon juice
