Kali ini aku mau share salah satu resep hidangan restoran yaitu Bistik Goreng Saus Mentega. Bahan-bahannya mudah didapat dan gak perlu waktu lama untuk memasaknya. Di video ini aku juga kasih tips velveting yaitu cara agar daging jadi lebih empuk saat dimasak.
Resep Bistik Goreng Saus Mentega
Bahan rendaman daging:
200 gr daging sapi
2 siung bawang putih, parut
2 sdm tepung maizena
1 sdm minyak goreng
Air secukupnya
Garam, merica, kaldu jamur / penyedap sesuai selera
Bahan saus:
3 sdm margarin
5 sdm kecap manis
2 sdm kecap inggris
1 sdm saus tomat
½ bawang bombai, iris
2 siung bawang putih, geprek
Minyak untuk menggoreng
Langkah:
Daging:
1. Iris daging
2. Masukkan garam, merica, bawang putih, minyak, tepung maizena, dan sedikit air. Aduk rata dan diamkan sebentar
3. Sebelum digoreng, lapisi daging dengan tepung maizena supaya lebih krispi. Lalu goreng daging di minyak yang benar-benar panas dan cukup sebentar saja yang penting daging sudah matang.
Saus:
1. Masukkan margarin
2. Masukkan bawang putih dan bawang bombai, tumis hingga harum
3. Masukkan saus tomat, kecap manis, dan kecap inggris
4. Tambahkan garam, merica, dan kaldu jamur / penyedap sesuai selera
5. Masak hingga mendidih
6. Tuang saus di atas daging (yang sudah digoreng sebelumnya)
7. Bistik Goreng Saus Mentega siap disajikan

Only 6 Ingredients: Fried Steak in Butter Sauce
This time, I'm sharing one of restaurant dish recipe: Fried Steak in Butter Sauce. The ingredients are easy to get and you don't need a lot of time to cook it. In this video, I'm also giving you a tip about velveting, a technique to make meat become softer when cooked.
Fried Steak in Butter Sauce Recipe
Beef marinade ingredients:
200 g beef
2 clove garlic, grated
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp cooking oil
Water, as needed
Salt, pepper, mushroom stock powder / flavor enhancers, to taste
Sauce ingredients:
3 tbsp margarine
5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 onion, sliced
2 clove garlic, pounded
Cooking oil for frying
Steps:
Beef:
1. Slice the beef.
2. Add salt, pepper, garlic, oil, cornstarch, and a bit of water. Mix well and let it rest.
3. Before frying, coat the beef with cornstarch to make it more crispy. Fry the beef in really hot oil for a bit until the meat is cooked.
Sauce:
1. Add the margarine.
2. Add the garlic and onion. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
4. Add salt, pepper, and mushroom stock powder / flavor enhancers, to taste.
5. Bring to a boil.
6. Pour the sauce on top of the fried beef.
7. Fried Steak in Butter Sauce is ready to serve.
