We’re off to Huacachina, the famous desert oasis in Peru, and we’re doing it with Peru Hop! This place is unbelievable a little village surrounded by massive sand dunes.
We spent the afternoon flying through the desert in a dune buggy (seriously, it feels like a rollercoaster on sand) and tried our best at sandboarding where some of us were better than others, but we all ended up covered in sand!
The next morning, we hopped back on the Peru Hop bus and continued south to see the legendary Nazca Lines. Seeing these massive ancient drawings from above is a surreal experience, definitely one for the bucket list.
