Aspects for Contemplation
1. As I look at my life with kindness, in what ways have my environment and early training shaped my thoughts, emotions, and behaviour—and where do I feel the deepest resistance to change?
2. What inner struggles have I tried to resolve through willpower or intellect and how does that striving feel inside me?
What do these attempts reveal about the limits of effort-based change?
3. What might gently fall away in me if I refined my inner life—not by acquiring more, but by simplifying, purifying, and becoming lighter?
4. How do my daily roles, responsibilities and relationships quietly invite me to grow, rather than pull me away from myself?
If I change my perception, how do they become expressions of inner balance rather than obstacles to it?
5. What changes within me indicate that I am moving in a healthy and truthful direction?
(peace, calmness, simplicity, lightness)
6. If transformation is truly simple and attainable, what inner assumptions or notions would I need to release to allow it to happen?
