Hello everyone and welcome! This is the fourth day in the Summer series "Sunrise to Sunset" where each practice is crafted in such a way that you can do it both in the morning and in the evening. Its gentle enough to get your day started but relaxing enough to wind you down. One of the benefits of doing the same practice twice, is that you are already familiar with the routine and it is a great way to down regulate the nervous system. 🔆🌙
Today I will be guiding you through a sunrise/sunset seated yoga flow. The practice is slow, gentle and perfect for those looking to increase overall flexibility and manage low back pain. I did this one after my morning walk and it was 👌🏽.
If when you wake up you feel stiff and heavy, this practice will ease you into motion, to help melt the stiffness away. On the other hand, if your looking for an evening wind down before bed, this practice will help melt the stresses of your day away.
