Utah Avalanche Center reports 20 avalanches in 24 hours

Описание: New information was released about a deadly avalanche in Wasatch County, as Utah experienced two avalanche fatalities within 24 hours.

The Utah Avalanche Center stated that a father was stuck at the bottom of a slope while snowmobiling with his son before the slide was triggered. His son also became stuck during the outing. While they were immobilized, the avalanche was set off.

The son attempted to rescue his father, but authorities say the man was buried too deeply and did not survive.
