As we approach the 12th anniversary of the historic signing of the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB) on March 27, 2014, we reflect on the milestones achieved.
To honor this journey, we are sharing key implementation updates provided by 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐀. 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐝, Head of the GPH Peace Implementing Panel Secretariat, during the 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐌 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 held last February 20, 2026. From the halls of Malacañang in 2014 to our halls at Ateneo de Davao University, the commitment to peace remains steadfast.
In her presentation, she shared the milestones for both Political and Normalization Track of the CAB including the decomissioning of former combatants, disbandment of Private Armed Groups (PAGs), Amnesty, Camps Transformation, Transitional Justice and others.
