Описание: In this video, I will show you how to recover your old eFootball account if it wasn’t linked to Konami ID. First, you need to get in the game with a new account. Then, go to extras. Select “support” and choose “link data”. You need to link your new account to google play for the support team to help you recover the old account.

Once that is done, go back and choose the “services and info” box. Then, select the “general contact’ hyperlink. This will take you to Konami’s support section.

Scroll down and look for “I can’t restore my account using data transfer” and tap on that. On the next page, scroll down again and select “I can’t restore my account using a data transfer”. After that, scroll down and tap on the accept button. Go ahead and select your region and tap on “next”.

Here you will want to give them all the details of your old account. Input your email, username, the old account user ID if you have it stored somewhere. Other details include the Base Team, team name and 2 letter shorthand name associated with your team.
