Waheed Murad's father Nisar Murad succeeds in Karachi. Were distributors. In 1962, Waheed Murad did his MA (English) from Karachi University and after that he got involved in his father's business and started his first film 'Olad' which was directed by SM Yusuf and starred Nayyar Sultana and In 1966, Waheed Murad created 'Arman' under the banner of his own company 'Film Arts'.
