Speaking before a congregation that included global faith leaders, government officials, and young leaders, Prof. Osinbajo highlighted the power of community and faith in shaping lives and destinies. The former Vice President also praised the leadership and vision of Senior Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo and Resident Pastor Yemisi Ashimolowo, who have built Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC) into one of Western Europe’s largest single congregations over three decades. Their consistency and dedication, he noted, exemplify the impact of long-term vision both in faith and public service.

Osinbajo took the opportunity to reconnect with prominent figures including Dr. Mensah Otabil, Senior Pastor of the International Central Gospel Church, Ghana, and meet Councillor Princess Opeyemi Bright, Mayor of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, who at 29 is the youngest mayor in UK history.
