The UK is Bad Vibes. Why?

Описание: The UK has a surveillance problem. And, it naturally bleeds into how Black British people are viewed and engaged with culturally.

This video is an exploration into how that surveillance and conformity operates through our institutions and advertising and how that intersects into race, class and neurodivergence. I worked really hard on this one, so show some love okay? This took nearly 3 months to put together.

I got the opportunity to speak with one of my favourite Black British authors for this video, Jeffrey Boakye, who provided so many valuable insights that I wish I could've featured more in the video! I've cited their books tons of times in the past, and getting an hour to chop it up with him was easily a highlight.
