Breakfast Recipe:
Cottage Cheese
Sweet Potato
Egg
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive oil
I replaced 2 slices of bread with sweet potato cooked in the air fryer. It is delicious and a healthier way to eat cottage cheese and eggs.
Lunch Recipe:
Chicken marinade (marinade for 20 minutes)
Chicken bouillon powder 2 tablespoons for 4 chicken legs
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Rice seasoning
Bunch of green onions
4 slices of ginger
4 cloves of garlic
Smash them all together to release the aroma and flavors
Rice
1 cup rice to 1 cup water (You can also replace water with chicken stock)
1 cube of chicken bouillon (Only if you use water instead of chicken stock, if you use chicken stock don’t add chicken bouillon cube)
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Combine green onions, ginger and garlic
Pop it in the rice cooker with the white rice settings
Snack Recipe - Protein Pancake Bowl
35g oatmeal flour
31g protein powder
50g vanilla greek yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
80ml chocolate milk
Cinnamon & cocoa powder
Mix it together, after mixed add 15g chocolate chips, 2 tablespoon of sweetener of choice and banana
Pop it in the oven or air fryer for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. If you are cooking it in the air fryer, reduce the time to your liking.
