Similar to Spinal Wave, Crab Reach (also known as Tripod Reach) is one of the Form Specific Stretches (FSS) that combines flexibility and mobility. This movement not only helps you get stronger but also helps increase range of motion of our joints. The best way to get most out of these movements is to execute them slowly, and being fully present in the moment

Here are the steps I try to keep in mind:
📍 Sit on the mat in crab position
📍 Place one hand behind you
📍 The other hand in front of you
📍 Open hips
📍 Then belly
📍 Then chest
📍 Then shoulders
📍 Reach back, like cutting your head in half
📍 Keep your eyes on your hand
📍 Return to starting position
📍 Switch hands
📍 If possible keep your butt hovering over the ground when switching hands
