Описание: I've seen a lot of these kind of videos on the internet, but nobody seems to have made a video explaining "what exactly are power levels?" In this video I will explain the concept, what it means, what the numbers mean, the power domination system and how it can all be applied to other franchises. This video will serve as an introduction to those unfamiliar with Power Levels or those curious about what exactly it is and how it works. It is recommended to view this video before any of my power level/scaling videos as a lot of the logic I will be using in those videos from here on will be explained here.
