Can I appeal to a higher court after I receive an arbitra award
so many of our clients when they are
dealing with, maybe their suppliers, their partners
they use up arbitration clauses as their dispute resolution
Once there are disputes they file an arbitration case and
get the arbitral award
but they are not satisfied with the award
However the general principle of
arbitration is
one instance is the final award
