Best Temu Training Aid under $3 for YOUR Golf Swing

Описание: This swingyde is one of the most recognisable and under-rated training aids that I can think of

The yellow bit of plastic can be attached to most grips within reason (maybe not any XL ones or potentially jumbo ones but I haven’t tried personally to say for definite) simply done by opening the small clamp and screwing them together with the screw and bolt provided
.
The further up the grip towards your hands that you can get this, the more impact and more efficient it is going to be

It works by sitting into the cup of your forearm on the backswing and on the follow through as well permitting that you have your arms in the right position.. if you dont and your arms are slightly off plane then the swing guide will hit against the side of your arms and you will definitely no about it
.
The swing guide is actually supplied with a type of bandage / sweatband to tie around your arm to prevent any soreness from happening if its being used a lot

Benefits I have found from using it are;

For one is that it stops your hands from closing or opening the face too much
the second thing is that it stops any casting at the top of your backswing where your hands cup too much
prevents over swinging past parallel
and my favourite is that it helps to create width with it as well

When using it, it actually changes how my whole swing looks, even how I turn and how I load my weight at the top.. I’m still fully trying to understand what happens and what is causing it to happen yet

For just £2/£3 for knock off ones now a days this for me is a must have in any training aid arsenal.. I’d give it a 9/10 overall with the dropped point being for the fact that it wrecks your arm after a while 😅
