Special ticket Rs 100 dharshan entrance too available. So better go in this special entrance so that you can avoid standing in queue for a long time and can have quick dharsan.

In return journey i travelled from Samayapuram Mariamman temple to Chatiram bus stand by local town bus . Ticket fare Rs 29 ( deluxe bus ). From Chatiram bus stand i catch another town bus to reach Tiruchirapalli railway station. Ticket fare Rs 7. So totally it takes around 45 minutes of travel time to reach Tiruchirapalli railway station from Samayapuram Mariamman temple.
