October 1st 2024 SW Florida Real Estate Market update. Looking to buy a home in SW Florida, or sell a SW Florida home this year then take a look. An educated buyer and seller are my best clients.

Inventory went up 1 month earlier than normal, demand is the 3rd worst month in 40 years. Supply over 9,000 and increasing. Household income went down 3%, builders are still giving incentives, and Fed cut rates down 50 basis points. Analysis historically what tends to happen after a rate cut.
