Описание: From his home in Fremont, CA, 17-year old #VirtualHeifetz2020 violinist Pierce Wang joins renowned pianist New York pianist Rohan De Silva (performing on a beautiful vintage Steinway!) to perform the ultra-tricky "Variations on I Palpiti," written as a show-off piece by Niccolò Paganini. The Variations are based on an aria from the 1813 opera Tancredi by Gioachino Rossini. The opera was Rossini's first large success, and the aria "Di tanti palpiti" ("Of Many Heartbeats") was his first big hit.
