Van Sui sharing about her farm and growing experience joined by her son, Laum. The vegetables shown here are enjoyed by many people of the Chin ethnic group from Myanmar (formerly Burma). Van has been growing at her one-quarter-acre home farm for three years. She has been a part of the New Roots program and she now sells at the Liberty Farmers Market and through the Kansas City Food Hub.
