Hey guys it's me Jack from the social yet distance podcast and we today are gonna be talking about how to unleash the power of canabinoids um you may remember from past episodes um but did you know that your body has an entire system that's designed just to interact with cannabis it's called the endoccanabinoid system and it helps to regulate everything from stress, sleep to pain your mood inflammation in your body and we've mentioned it previously as the keys in a lock in a traffic cop for balancing and healing so when the ECS is out of balance you can feel it fatigue, anxiety, chronic pain all that gets worse but here's the good news the separate components of cannabis plant provide necessary balance building by using phyto cannabinoids from hemp and cannabis components like CBD, CBG CBN and CBC can help to restore that balance they mimic your body's own cannabinoids and help you get your system right back on track now you gotta remember not all CBD is the same um full spectrum CBD would include trace amounts of THC in the full plant profile broad spectrum has zero THC but it keeps the entourage effect meaning all of those energies work together
