Описание: Here’s a simple and tasty Egg and Veg Noodles recipe you can make at home 🍜
🍳 Egg Veg Noodles Recipe (Indo-Chinese Style)
Ingredients:
Noodles
Eggs – 1
Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Mixed vegetables – 1 cup
(Red and Yellow capsicum, cabbage, spring onion)
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
China salt - 1/2 tsp
Spring onion greens – for garnish

Method:
Boil noodles
Cook egg noodles as per packet instructions.
Drain and toss with a few drops of oil. Keep aside.
Prepare eggs
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or pan.
Add garlic and ginger.
Beat eggs lightly with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add in a pan
Add veggies and stir fry, sauté for a few seconds.
Combine everything
Add boiled noodles.
Add vinegar, pepper, and salt.
Toss well on high heat for 1–2 minutes.
Garnish & serve
Sprinkle spring onion greens.
Serve hot with chilli sauce or manchurian.

⭐ Tips
Use high flame for authentic restaurant-style taste.
Don’t overcook vegetables—they should stay crunchy.
Add chicken, prawns, or paneer if you like.
