Описание: This is a video i made on August 26, 2012 at around 5:00 PM of the very low tide of Tropical Storm Isaac sucking water out of the Tampa Bay area. Two locations are the Gandy Bridge Tampa side and Bayshore Blvd near Davis Island. The water level is below low normal tide.
