A Pilot Varsity fountain pen ( https://amzn.to/2PXcCey ) might seem like a disposable pen, but it's actually refillable. Refilling the pen isn't super easy the first time, but it is very doable once you know how and you get a fee for the pen and its components.
You don't technically need any special tools to do this job, but it'll be easier if you have:
