May 20 Nambour Park Run

Описание: A little taste of our local trail Park Run. The Nambour Park Run is widely regarded as 'Australia's Toughest Park Run'. Here at SunCo RunCo we regard it as Australia's funnest park run ..... if not the worlds!! May 20th was a 'Plan B' day due to heavy rain all week and the creek being flooded, plan B is an out and back rather than the usual loop. As for the hills, well as Mel says 'hills are character building'.
