Building a Buck & Frame for the 39 Studebaker: The Cab for My Vintage Hot Rod Truck Takes Shape!

Описание: In this episode I finalize the shape and size of the Studebaker Champion's truck cab and build a simple wooden buck from scratch to represent the shape of the back of the cab. Then, using the buck as a guide, I MIG weld a frame out of steel tubing for the back of the cab. I also strengthen the existing door pillars and use a home built tube bender to form the tubing for the frame. Finally, I use a hole punch and a set of dimple dies to make a bracket to further strengthen the frame.
