Starting July 8, 2024, Zendesk's Agent Workspace is getting a visual makeover designed to enhance your workflow and improve your agent experience. In this video, we’ll walk you through the key updates and show you how these changes will make your daily interactions smoother and more efficient.
Here's what’s included:
Agent Badges: Fresh new look for easy distinction between agent and customer comments.
Channel Identifiers: Icons with tooltips replace text descriptions for channels like email, chat, Facebook, Twitter (AKA X), and WhatsApp.
Message Bubbles: Shaded bubbles differentiate agent messages from customer messages, while internal notes remain the same.
Message Grouping: Messages from the same customer within 5 minutes are grouped together.
Seen, Read, and Delivered Icons: These icons are now closer to the message title for better visibility.
