12 cups of water
3lb of fish grouper head
1/2 pumpkin
2 carrots
2 sticks of celery
1 chayote
1 turnip
5 cloves of garlic
1 corn on a cob
1 piece of yam
3 potatoes
3 green onion (scallion)
3 green bananas
2 scotch bonnet peppers
1 piece of thyme
1 tablespoon of cilantro (optional)
2 tablespoon of butter
1 cup of all purpose flour
2 packets of Grace fish tea soup mix
1/2 teaspoon of adobo
1/2 teaspoon of complete seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of fish seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon of salt
