The Ecosystem-level EOVs Workbench will improve the availability, quality and interoperability of large collections of plankton observations based on traditional counts, quantitative imaging and genomic methods available from the EMODnet/EurOBIS and ELIXIR data infrastructures.
Meike Vogt, from ETH Zurich, leads the development of this Blue-Cloud 2026 workbench. The interview was conducted in November, during the Blue-Cloud 2026 General Assembly (Rome, Italy)
