In this video, Phil (S01) goes over the fundamental infantry technique called bounding movement.
Bounding movement focuses on dividing the unit into two teams. One team moves while the other team provides security (overwatch) or fire. It is used to keep the unit safe while moving through a danger area and is a fundamental building block of all infantry tactics.
