Here we have a 1979 Pontiac Firebird Esprit for sale. This is an extremely impressive car as it is a one family-owned ride that is a 26,000 original mile vehicle. It features the original V6 Engine and looks to have all the original interior and paint. When you walk around the body you can tell that it has been meticulously cared for its entire life. Every panel on it has a flawless fit and shows no signs of abuse as it looks just like it did the day it was bought. All the gaps are even and symmetrical. It's covered in the factory Carmine Exterior that looks to be mostly original and still has a gorgeous finish. It's accented by the Gold Trim with the Gold Phoenix along with having the Esprit badges. Both the front and rear bumper are in phenomenal condition with no signs of splits or damage. All the glass in this Pontiac is in excellent condition and is the original Soft Ray Flo Lite glass including the rear window with defroster. You can see that all the seals and weather stripping are also in great condition. To finish off the exterior it's sitting on the Pontiac Rally Wheels with Goodyear Eagle GTII Tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of this Esprit. On the inside it's done in the original Carmine Color scheme and looks just a beautiful as it did in '79. It features the Hobnail Cloth Seats with buckets up front and center console. Also, you can see that it's fitted with the deluxe door panels and standard roll down windows. Looking at the dash we can see that it's clearly been garaged kept as their no signs of sun aging to it even the woodgrain accent looks like new. All the gauges are working as they should, and you can see that it's a factory Air Condition car that's working as well. The dome light is working as it should and the Headliner looks original with only a little bit of separation in the back. All the carpet is in great condition, and inside the trunk is all solid and comes with the spare and is detailed out with the carpet.
Finally, we will get to the driveline of this Pontiac. Under the hood is like a time capsule. Everything looks stock and is in excellent condition. From the inner fenders to the firewall and bottom of the hood it's all beautiful. It's powered by the factory 231 V6 Engine that's dressed in the factory air cleaner and valve covers. Along with having AC it also comes with Power Steering and Power Brakes with Disc on the front and Drums out back. For exhaust it has the factory manifolds with single pipe, cat and factory style muffler. When you look under this Firebird you'll be thoroughly impressed as it shows no signs of abuse either. All the floors and frame are original and haven't been mistreated in any way. The V6 is mated to the Turbo 350 Trans and 10 Bolt Rear End. All the suspension is still in excellent condition along with the bushings. On the highway this car is a dream to drive as it rides excellent and is quiet as a mouse as you cruise.
